We have 29 meeting rooms across the resort, but it’s our larger event venues that steal the show – inviting you to create something truly spectacular for your guests.
A state-of-the-art Conference Theatre in the Crowne Plaza hotel seats up to 400 delegates, while the hotel’s ballroom offers banqueting space for up to 350. Our fixed marquee on the lawn, meanwhile, makes an awe-inspiring space for shows, exhibitions and automotive launches with up to 800 guests.
And then there’s the Manor House itself. An 18th century architectural gem, its grand, characterful rooms provide the perfect setting for drinks receptions or gala dinners – ideal for dovetailing old and new as part of a residential conference.

I have been to plenty of conferences and have experienced catering around the world, I would like to express my gratitude to the catering staff at the venue- Heythrop Park Resort. Their professionalism, curtesy and positive energy was second to none. They were so pleasant and warm, it made the meals special. Thank you.

Everybody has commented on what a fantastic choice of venue it was, and they loved the way there was a mix of old and new.
