Helpful Information – Your Safety is our priority

We are excited to finally be open and welcoming guests back to the hotel again! We’ve been busy implementing new measures for your health, safety and enjoyment – they’re at the heart of everything we do. Our teams are well-equipped and trained, ready to welcome everyone back in the safest possible way.   Please find useful information below regarding your safety and procedures we have in place to help ensure your stay is enjoyable as possible.


Face coverings

Government guidelines state that face coverings be worn at an extended number of indoor venues which includes Hotel public areas from 8th August.  We would therefore like to politely request that all guests aged 12 and over to please wear a face mask within our public areas at the Hotel (reception, corridors, staircases) and during beauty treatments.  Please note these may be removed within our Food and Beverage outlets whilst dining.


Our hotel will be operating a cashless environment due to the current climate. Full payment for your stay will be taken the day prior to arrival if you have booked a flexible rate. Advance Purchase rates will be taken as per booking terms at time of booking. During your time at the hotel we will request that when visiting any outlet (e.g. Bar and Restaurant) that you settle with debit or credit card at time of purchase. This will ensure an express check out from the Hotel and bill’s will be invoiced out after departure.


Check in

Check in will be available from 3pm – If you arrive earlier than this you are more than welcome to use the Bar facilities or take a walk around the grounds. Why not pick up a discount card for Bicester Village from our friendly reception team. The shopping outlet is just 30 minutes from the Resort. Blenheim Palace is 15 Minutes away and is also open to the public. Tickets and entry time would need to be booked in advance via their website.

If you are arriving as a family, we ask that only one adult joins the check in queue to reduce congestion in this area, we aim to get you to your accommodation as soon as possible. We ask that you carry your own baggage to your rooms however assistance can be provided if requested.


Dinner Reservations

For dinner reservations we advise these are made in advance of your stay. Please contact the hotel team to book your time to  dine with us. If you already have a time confirmed this will be included in your arrival letter from Reception.

Please note: Inline with government advice; We can only book  guests from the same household (apart from support bubbles) on a table together, our restaurant will offer table service only.

Breakfast Service at the hotel during our peak days will be extremely busy between the hours of 9am till 10.30am. Please do bear with us if you decide to dine in these hours.


Leisure Club

We have a range of Outdoor Lawn Games that can be used during your stay – please note outdoor games do not require pre booking. The 18 Hole Golf Course is open and advise this is booked in prior to your stay. Green Fees for Golf are £30.00 Monday-Friday and £35.00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Foot Golf is available at £7.50 for Adults and £4.50 for Children, please note this is not pre-bookable.


Spa and Swimming facilities

Our Swimming pool is open from 9-5.30pm daily. We have limited Time slots available and which need to be booked in advance with the Reservations team on 01608 673 333 or the Leisure club prior to arrival – please call 01608 673488.

The maximum number of people is limited in the Swimming pool is 15 per 45 minute slots during these current times.  Please note during high demand times our pool is often fully booked, during these periods we will only allow 1 session to be pre booked for the duration of your stay, any others would be subject to availability on the day.  This is to ensure more of our guests are given the opportunity to use the facilities, we would like to Thank you in advance for your understanding and will be more than happy to accommodate extra bookings if we can on the day.

The Spa is also open for limited treatments and only based on one treatment room per day that must be pre booked in advance. The Gym is open and operating on minimum capacity guidelines. Our Sauna and Steam room are currently closed.


Swimming pool – Covid-19 Health & Safety information

  • All sessions must be pre booked as detailed above.
  • All guests will be required to fill out a form before entry. (for track and trace purposes)
  • There will be no changing facilities at the leisure club, so guests will need to arrive ready to swim. We will designate a chair to each guest poolside to use, for leaving their clothes/towels etc.
